Who we areThese Terms are between you and Timothy Hogbin, trading as Road To The Pros (“Road To The Pros”, “we”, “us”).Contact:[email protected]Support:[email protected]2. What Road To The Pros isRoad To The Pros is a darts training and development service designed to help players structure practice, record performance, follow a Road, view progress and receive adaptive coaching guidance.Road To The Pros is not a darts governing body, ranking authority or official qualification provider.3. Eligibility and accountsAdult account holders must be 18 or over.An adult account holder may create and manage a Junior Road for a player aged 10–17.Junior players do not need their own email account.You are responsible for:keeping your account sign-in details secure;information entered through your account; andensuring that Junior profiles you manage are used appropriately.Please enter genuine training and match information where possible. Adaptive coaching is only as useful as the information available to it.4. Your Road, training and coachingRoad To The Pros may use information you provide to calculate:Road paceRoad Markerstraining prioritiesprogress trendsadaptive coachingsuggested training sessionsRoad Markers such as Pub League Ready, League Contender or other development stages are Road To The Pros standards.They are not official selections, qualifications or eligibility standards of the PDC, JDC, county organisations, leagues or any other governing body.Road To The Pros does not guarantee:a particular averageselection for a team or competitionranking improvementprize moneyprofessional statusa Tour Cardany specific performance improvement5. Safe useRoad To The Pros provides sports-training guidance, not medical advice.Train within your own capabilities and in a safe environment.Stop or modify activity if you feel unwell, experience pain or have another concerning symptom, and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.Do not enter medical information into training notes.6. Free accessRoad To The Pros may provide a Free plan.The exact Free features available at any time are shown in the app or on the Road To The Pros website.Free access may include limits on premium or Guided Training features while keeping core account, history, privacy and data-right controls available.Existing training history will not be deleted merely because a trial or paid subscription ends.7. Introductory offers and complimentary accessWhere offered, eligible App Store customers may receive a 14-day introductory trial when they choose a Pro subscription. Apple determines eligibility and shows the offer, price and billing period before the purchase is confirmed.Unless cancelled under the store’s rules, the subscription automatically renews at the selected price after the trial. Manage or cancel it through the store account used for the purchase. Completing a Guided Training drill or creating a Road account does not itself start an App Store introductory offer.Any existing complimentary access granted directly by Road is separate from an app-store subscription and does not itself create a recurring charge. The membership screen identifies that access separately.Available offers may differ by platform, region, plan and eligibility. The terms shown by the relevant store before purchase apply.8. Pro subscriptionsWhere Pro subscriptions are available, the intended UK launch prices are:£5.99 per month£44.99 per yearActual store pricing, taxes, currencies or promotional pricing may vary by platform or region. The price displayed by Apple, Google or another authorised checkout at the point of purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are billed and managed by the relevant app store.Unless cancelled, a store subscription may automatically renew in accordance with the store terms shown when you subscribe.You can manage or cancel store subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.9. Refunds and statutory rightsWhere a purchase is made through Apple or Google, refund requests may need to be made through the relevant store.Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.Any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.10. Changes to features and pricesRoad To The Pros is an evolving service.We may:improve or redesign features;change training logic;add or remove optional functionality;update Road Marker definitions;change Free or Pro feature boundaries; orchange future subscription pricing.Where a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will follow applicable store rules and consumer law.11. Offline use and syncingRoad To The Pros may save training data locally on your device first and synchronise it with the online service when a connection is available.Background syncing is best-effort and may be delayed by Android or iOS.You should allow the app to reconnect periodically so pending information can upload.12. Acceptable useDo not:use Road To The Pros unlawfully;attempt to access another person’s account or data;interfere with or probe security controls;upload malicious material;abuse automated interfaces;scrape or systematically extract protected content;reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits that right and it cannot legally be excluded.We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, our intellectual property or the integrity of Road To The Pros.13. Intellectual propertyRoad To The Pros software, branding, training content, Road Marker framework, coaching logic, layouts and documentation are owned by us or used under licence.You keep ownership of original information and feedback you submit.If you send feedback, suggestions or beta feedback, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive permission to use, adapt and incorporate that feedback to improve, test and commercialise Road To The Pros.We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without permission.14. AvailabilityRoad To The Pros is provided on an “as available” basis.Mobile networks, device operating systems, app stores, hosting providers and other dependencies can affect availability.We may need to:release updates;retire older app versions;temporarily interrupt features; orrequire a newer build for security, compatibility or service reasons.15. LiabilityNothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Road To The Pros is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on sports-training guidance, including loss of opportunity, ranking, competition results, selection, prize money or anticipated earnings.16. Ending your useYou may stop using Road To The Pros at any time.You can permanently delete your account in the app through Player Account → Delete Account & Training Data. Follow the confirmation steps shown.If you cannot use that route or need help with a junior/shared profile or a data-rights request, email [email protected].Deleting your Road account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through the store account used for the purchase.We may suspend or close access where these Terms are materially breached, where required by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
17. PrivacyOur handling of personal information is explained in the Road To The Pros Privacy Policy.The Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms.18. Beta testingIf you are using a TestFlight, closed-test or other pre-release version, separate Beta Terms may also apply.Where Beta Terms conflict with these public Terms on a matter specific to the beta, the Beta Terms apply to that beta participation.19. Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.Any mandatory consumer rights or rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction that apply to you remain unaffected.20. Changes to these TermsWe may update these Terms as Road To The Pros changes.If a material update requires renewed acceptance, the app may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing.Terms version: 2026-09-07-public-1

If recovery does not work, email [email protected].Training or sync problemIf a saved result appears to be waiting to sync, reconnect the device to the internet, reopen Road To The Pros and allow the app a short time to upload pending results.If the result is still missing, contact support before repeatedly re-entering the same session.Junior Road supportJunior Roads are managed through an adult parent or guardian account.For corrections to Junior profile information, guardian or privacy questions, or help deleting a Junior profile, email [email protected].Delete your Road To The Pros account and dataIn the app, open Player Account → Delete Account & Training Data and follow the confirmation steps.Account deletion is permanent. A successful deletion displays a receipt; keep it if you need help with the request.The process removes your Road account and its own associated profile, Road, training, match and progress data. Junior, shared or protected records need appropriate checks to avoid deleting another person’s information.Limited information may be retained where required or justified for legal, security or dispute purposes, and through normal backup cycles, as explained in our Privacy Policy.If you cannot use the in-app route, or need help with a junior/shared profile or a data-rights request, email [email protected] from the address associated with your Road account.Use the subject: Delete my Road To The Pros accountWe may need to verify your identity.Important if you have a paid subscriptionDeleting your Road account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through the store account used for the purchase.Manage or cancel ProIf you subscribe through Apple or Google, subscription management and cancellation are handled through the store account used for the purchase.Road To The Pros cannot change the password or billing details of your Apple or Google account.RefundsWhere a purchase was processed by Apple or Google, refund requests may need to be submitted to the relevant store. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.PrivacyFor privacy questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests, email [email protected].Security reportsIf you believe you have found a security or privacy issue, please report it privately to [email protected].Do not post security details publicly while the issue is being investigated.Response timesRoad To The Pros is currently operated as a small independent business.We aim to acknowledge support and privacy enquiries as quickly as practical. Privacy-rights requests will be handled within the time limits required by applicable law.
